GENERAL PRICE LIST
THESE PRICES ARE EFFECTIVE AS OF MAY 01, 2016

“Prior to the drafting of any contract for goods and services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the Funeral Arrangement is entitled to receive a copy of any Pre-Need Agreement in the possession of the Funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.”

The goods and services that we provide to our valued customers reflects our commitment to quality service at an affordable price. Our Funeral Directors have provided Professional Funeral Arrangements to Family’s that we have been privileged to serve for over 35 years. The goods and services that you select are the items that you desire for the care of your loved one. However, any Funeral Arrangement that you select will include a non-declinable charge for our basic services and over-head cost to serve the public. If legal or other requirements dictate that you must purchase a particular item that you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the Funeral Goods and Services selected.

Law requires, as a licensed Funeral Establishment in the State of California, that we provide each of the Family’s that we serve, an itemized description of the Funeral Services that they have chosen. This practice has proven to be essential to establishing a good relationship between the Funeral Establishment and the Community we serve. The following services are listed and described. Our experienced staff will make every effort to meet the individual needs of your family. Please feel welcome to ask our staff for their professional assistance when needed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Our Funeral Establishment policy is that payment in full is made 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the service. You may choose any of the following methods as a means of payment: CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER OR AMERICAN EXPRESS. We will also accept Insurance Policy’s that are considered to be non-contestable. However, there is a 6.5% fee associated with third party financing of said Insurance Policy. We do not accept PERSONAL CHECKS, PAYROLL CHECKS OR THIRD PARTY CHECKS of any kind. Please refrain from asking for credit. Our limited resources do not allow us the opportunity to arrange credit terms.

BASIC SERVICES OF THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF – $769

This non-declinable fee includes personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist a family with their first call for service, conduct the Arrangement Conference, provide all necessary documents for Cremation via DocuSign, coordinate services with the Cemetery, Crematory, Common Carriers or other third parties involved in the Final Disposition of the Remains. This fee also includes General Bookkeeping, Accounting Fees, Staff assistance in coordinating with the Deceased Primary Care Physician or the local Coroner’s/Medical Examiner’s office for causes of death and filing the necessary documents with the appropriate Government Public Health Agency for final disposition of the Deceased. This fee is included in our Direct Cremation, Immediate Burials, Forwarding or Receiving Remains, Witness Cremation and our Advertised Funeral/Cremation Services.

EMBALMING – $705

Except in certain cases, EMBALMING IS NOT REQUIRED BY LAW. Embalming may be necessary if you select certain Funeral Arrangements, such as a Funeral with viewing. If you do not want Embalming, you have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as Direct Cremation, Immediate Burial or Witness Cremation.

DIRECT CREMATION
Our charges include the Basic Services of the Funeral Director & Staff, Clerical & Administrative Services, Removal, transportation to Crematory with Legal signed Cremation Documents, Refrigeration and Alternative Container up to 300lbs – $769
***For each 50 lbs above 300 lbs, add $75 per 50 lbs to the Direct Cremation Price***

I.D. VIEWING – $1,799
Our charges include the Basic Services of the Funeral Director & Staff, Clerical & Administrative Services, Removal, Refrigeration, Sanitation/Disinfection of Remains, Setting Features for Viewing, Use of Facility and Staff for Viewing, Disposition Permit for Cremation and Crematory Fees. Add $400 if Embalming is selected.

WITNESS CREMATION – $1,799
Our Charges include the Basic Services of the Funeral Director & Staff, Clerical & Administrative Services, Removal, Refrigeration, Sanitation/Disinfection of Remains, Setting Features for Viewing, Witness Cremation Fee, Family Gathering in the Crematory Chamber for Viewing/Prayer Service (30 Mins), Use of Staff, Disposition Permit for Cremation and Crematory Fees. Add $495 for Use of Chapel for Religious Ceremony Prior to Witness Cremation. Add $400 if Embalming is selected.

FORWARDING OF REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME – $2,495
Our Charges include the Basic Services of the Funeral Director & Staff, Removal, Embalming, Transportation to a local Bay Area International Airport, Outer Shipping Container and Transportation/Disposition Permit. Airline Charges are not included. Refer to our Casket Price List for purchase of Casket, if needed.

RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME – $1,695
Our Charges include the Basic Services of the Funeral Director & Staff, Removal from a local Bay Area Airport, Transportation to a Local Cemetery within a 50 mile Radius, using our Service Vehicle. Refer to our Casket Price List, if needed.

IMMEDIATE BURIAL
Our Charges include the Basic Services of the Funeral Director & Staff, Transportation to a Local Cemetery in our Service Vehicle, Removal and Refrigeration. For additional services refer to our General Price List or Casket Price List.
A) Casket provided by Family – $2,065
B) Slip Cap Cloth Covered Casket provided by our funeral Establishment – $2,495

COMPLETE FUNERAL SERVICE WITH 20 GAUGE METAL CASKET – $3,695
Our Charges include the Basic Services of the Funeral Director & Staff, Removal, Use of Facility for Visitation & Funeral, Hearse, 20 Gauge Metal Casket (choice of 4 colors), Register Book, Embalming, Dressing, Cosmetics & Casketing. NO DELETIONS FROM THIS PACKAGE. CASKET UPGRADES ARE AVAILABLE. Refer to our Casket Price List.

COMPLETE CREMATION PACKAGE WITH FUNERAL SERVICE – $4,295
Our Charges include the Basic Services of the Funeral Director & Staff, Removal, Crematory fee with legally signer documents, Embalming, Dressing, Cosmetics & Casketing, Use of Staff for Visitation & Funeral Service, Use of Facility for Viewing, choice of Lancaster Veneer or Kenton Veneer Cremation Casket, Hearse, Register Book and Standard Utility Urn. NO DELETION FROM THIS PACKAGE. CASKET UPGRADES ARE AVAILABLE. Refer to Casket Price List.
