I had a very good experience with Oceanview . My husband and I had made no plans but knew we wanted to be cremated. Although my husband had lung cancer I was still taken by surprise at how soon I needed help. I found Oceanview on the web and arranged to have someone contact me. When I realized I couldn't wait for the meeting, I was able to arrange everything by email and phone with a minimum of time and effort. Robert Smith was helpful and understanding.

The young men who came to the house within an hour of being called were kind and respectful. Everything was done with dignity. Not only was Social Security notified and the death certificates provided but any other service I wanted was available. My husband's ashes were hand carried to me.
